Most of my classes have a theme to give us something to focus on.
I start the class by settling everyone on their mats, time to quieten the mind and focus on ourselves. We then do some nice and easy movements to tune in to the body and get things moving. Over the next hour we will practice some yoga asanas, seated and standing. To finish the class I guide you through a short relaxation so that we can feel the benefit of the practice.
You are more than welcome to drop-in and give my classes a try, brand new yogis will be made welcome.
